Friendly customer service, but unfortunately we were never able to use Lucrum HVAC. We were told that we had an appointment for 8 p.m. We even received an email confirming our appointment. After waiting all evening for them to come, we found an email from them stating that they could not come until the following Wednesday, which was three days away. I wish they would’ve called us by phone to let us know that sooner. We were sitting around all evening thinking we were finally going to get our refrigerator taken care of, and the whole time no one was even coming. We had to call someone else to come out sooner to take care of our refrigerator.

We were going crazy why we cannot pull off the refrigerator filter but it turned out to be a simple issue and there was nothing wrong with the housing. Ilia was very honest and told us that we are not doing it correctly. He taught us the proper way to change it .Only charged us 50$. He took time driving to our place to help us.
